I have just started noticing that my dishwasher is not drying at all. It leaves tons of water on the dishes and in the washer itself. I have to manually dry them. This has never been an issue before so I am wondering what gives. Just recently installed an electric hot water heater to my home with a new water softener system and am wondering is this the cause because when oil was being used to heat water this never happened. All looks fine inside nothing is cracked or broken so what can be the issue. Please help because my warranty just ran out. Thanks.

There is not tons of eater but there is standing water. I did not see any steam coming out on the drying cycle plus no steam when washing. There is usually condisation on the counter and have not noticed that either.

See the attachment for the tech sheet. You will have to check the heating element (10 to 30 ohms) and the hi-limit thermostat (0 ohms) for continuity. If both are OK then odds are that the control board is toast. |
