PLEASE HELP! The dishwasher keeps "beeping" as if the door is open. There are also 2 lights flashing one for "normal" load and the other for "medium". The noise is driving me insane...would this a wiring problem?

Hi.

Does it change anything if you press Start/Reset key?

If not then most likely it's the bad control panel. There is a small possibility for bad control board.

Post the complete model number if you need part numbers.

Thank you.

Simon.

The main symptom… even after shutting the power off and bringing it back up, is that the normal wash and heated dry buttons flash green.
Also, the unit seems to beep about every 30 seconds, and the start button does not seem to work anymore. For awhile it seemed we were able to hold the door extra tight and the cycle would run, but we certainly didn’t have the option to select a different cycle, get added heat to work, etc., for years.

Before I cut the power it seems it was the sani wash cycle light that was flashing instead of the normal wash. Some of the buttons on the front panel do seem to have been pushed pretty hard, but I'd hate to order parts I end up not needing unless I can return whatever I don't use.

I'm pretty handy and feel I could swap out whatever parts need to be replaced... especially if they come with instructions. Can you help?
