Ice tray dribbles into the Ice Bucket which freezes and blocks the ice dispensing system. I looked up the part in your system and found part number AP2068560 Im crescent (#820 in parts breakdown) and it said Requires Special Attention, Please give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 which I did and the gal told me to send a message to this system for help.

That part is a new ice maker. You may not need one according to where the water is coming from. Is the ice mold leaking or is the water overflowing the ice mold or does the water keep dripping from the fill tube. I will pass the info about "requires special attention" to the proper people.

Thanks woodchuckie. As far as AP2068560 / WR30X306 ice maker, it has been discontinued a while back. GE has put out several replacement since then but there isn't a direct replacement. The most current replacement is WR30X10093 however additional parts may be needed to make it work - fill cup, two screws, and ice maker mounting bracket.

I too have an ice maker dribbling into the ice bucket and freezing up the whole system. It does produce ice and dispense ice but on the refill process, the water runs to long and dribbles all over.

If it is actually filling too long you may be able to adjust it by taking the plastic cover off the end of the ice maker and see if you see an adjustment with a plus + or minus - Turn it to the minus and see what happens.

If it's dripping to the ice bin from the fill tube area, it may be frozen in the tube because of the water inlet valve where the water supply comes into the fridge. May be leaking. You can disconnect the line and see if it's dripping.

I actually emptied the bucket and started fresh and so far it is working fine. Thanks for your reply. If it starts acting up again, I'll try turning the dial in the minus direction.
