I would like to buy a manuel #31-9145 I would rather not download from your site .It appears from your parts list I need a shaft and tube asm ge part #wh38x1007 .This appears to be a major job .I have a noise on the spin cycle it also makes a clicking noise on the wash cycle as it reveres I checked for leaks none.The motor goes through all cycles ok I have replaced the damping straps 4 .this is a HYDRO WAVE no transmisson .I have some tools and a volt meter .Any ideas of my problem . Thanks

It is hard to diagnose a noise problem like this without being there to listen to it Check this site http://appliancejunk.com/forums/index.phpand see if they have a manual for a free download for your model.

I have determined the shsft and tube resistance is 0 and should be 98 ohms i ordered a new part the basket spins back and forth wih the agitator.Thanks for the reply. Wheaten
