When I wash a load of dishes, the ones on the top rack are not clean at the end of the cycle. I have had the repair company out to look at the unit under warranty, they checked the system today and said nothing is wrong with it. Did a load of dishes this evening and top rack dishes still dirty. Any help greatly appreciated......

I checked the model number on this dishwasher twice and the model number I listed is correct. The unit says it was manufactured in Canada.

I will assume it is the newer model with the sidewinder motor.
Pull off the lower spray arm and pump housing and remove the half round pump cover. If you find things clogging it up scrape/clean everything and put it back together, should fix your problem.

Hi Rich,

Took the thing apart as you instructed and to my surprise it was ver clean. Did not find anything to speak of in bottom. Anymore suggestions greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Turn water off to the dishwasher, sponge out the water, turn the dishwasher on, and verify impeller is rotating the right way to pump, if not,you have a bad motor. If ok, you might have a damaged impeller, just pull motor and check.
