My Roper washer has begun to leak with each load. One friend said I needed a new timer, but when I initiated an online chat with a parts specialist on this site, they thought it might be the water level switch.

I camped out and watched an entire load and here's what I saw:

First sign of water leaking on front left and behind washer before the dial hits the rinse cycle.
Starts pumping water out normally before halfway mark between rinse/spin
Spinning as water pumps out - more water leakage at this point.
Spinning comes to a complete stop between rinse & spin cycle.
Spin cycle--much more water seeping out at this point.

Any thoughts on what part I need? All my clothes are dirty!
