Hello, Does any know where I can find a manual for this dishwasher. I am told the Thermador unit is the same as the Bosch DW246ub.
Here is my problem. Yesterday water came pouring out of the front of my unit. I checked the inside stacking of the dishes, water arms inside the unit were found in good condition with no cracks. I did reposition a large pot and cleared any debris from the screen, and the internal round screen basket. I noticed some un-popped popcorn kernels in the trap before the impeller and I cleaned those out too. I turned the unit back on and at first everything seem to work okay...then a letter F appeared in my LCD . I looked it up and it seems I have a fill problem. I even placed a gallon of hot water inside the machine to see what it would do; well for a few minutes it worked fine --spraying the water on the upper and lower racks, and then drained from my machine...and would run and run and run and I stopped the machine. I checked my solder welds in my control unit and all look bright and shiny silver with no burned out marks. I placed it all back together and to no -avail , I get the dreaded letter "F" failed fill mark. I did take the lower panel off and found when the water gushed out it had soaked the sound batting in between my dishwasher door. I order a new water flow valve today and I am hoping and guessing that this may be the problem--It would be helpful if I could get a repair manual does anyone have one? Also, if anyone else has any clue what else to do let me know. I am pretty handy as I figured out on my own how to fix the large bearing broken inside the drum of my dryer. I hope I can fix this dishwasher. Thanks, Kara

Thanks Gene, THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION THAT MY THERMADOR IS THE SAME AS BOSCH MODEL SHU68 and the diagrams-manual is a big help!!!!:) :D
I found the water leak...,which was in the bottom front seal, as it had a tear in it on the left hand corner side. I am not sure why it would tear there in that spot. I only found this tear after taking the front door panel apart, so I could dry the wet batting with a heater and then let it finish air drying for a few days. The sound batting had gotten soaking wet-( between the inside front door panel( mostly on the bottom ) by the initial leak/gush where my Thermador dw264ub /Bosch shu68 dishwasher problem started.
I am going to order this front metal and rubber seal, but I was wondering if I needed to purchase any grease type sealer that would go behind the metal support front seal bar. I took the the old one out and there was a greasy substance behind this seal bar, an I do not know if was grease/dirt from the water leak or if it needs to be there? Does anyone know the answer this question?
Thanks, Kara

Kara,
I do not think you need any grease. At least I never seen or used it.

Thanks Gene for all your help!
My dishwasher (Bosch SHU 68XX series/Thermador DW246UB ) -Year 2000 is now working!
The lower front seal was replaced with an new one. The water fill valve was clogged...I cleaned the screen inside of the this valve and did not need to replace it. Even though I purchased a new water fill valve, I decided to save the new one, as my town is now in the second stage of replacing the main water supply line on our street. I figured this valve could get clogged again, and will install the new one when this old water valve fails or when the town completes all their construction work.
When I started up my dishwasher and the LCD letter "F" appeared again, only this time I could hear the water filling within the unit; and once the machine started washing for five minutes the letter F disappeared with the normal cycle "line" indicator marks appearing in the LCD screen.
I hope this information helps other people with similar problems with their dishwashers.
My husband an English teacher in the public schools must of had doubts that I would get this dishwasher back together and fixed, as he was surprised yesterday to come home from work and hear our dishwasher going-- washing our dishes.:D :D :D :) Cheers, Kara
