My elect maytag dryer won't heat. Looked at the coil and it looks intact. Where do I find the thermostat? And a part number for it? Thank you.

It could be the breaker. Did you flip the dryer breaker a few times off and on. If not the only other thing it would be is the element or the thermostat on heater housing. Tom

The dryer works, just doesn't heat. I don't know where the thermostat is. The heating element looked ok. Is the thermostat the little thing attached to the heating coils? Thank you. Robin

The high limit thermostat is attached to the top of the element housing. The part # is 2-10745. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
