Our washer drains ok but seems to spins slowly and the clothes are dripping wet when the cycle completes. Is this a clutch issue and can you tell me if replacing the clutch is a big job. I am pretty handy but have not worked on washers before.

It is a clutch issue if the basket is not spinning fast enough, but it may also be a partial obstruction in an internal drain hose. Replacing the clutch is a good DIY job, here is the part Part number: AP3094537
and a link to the video that will show you how to get into the machine to do the job. Check those hoses first.
