Inspected a friends electric dryer seems when you push the start button the dryer spins but very very slow and sounds like the motor is having a very hard time doing it. Could this be on of the legs on the 208 not being hot? Any ideas?

Thanks

It could be a power issue, or the rear beariing. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
