Hey fox-it guys...i need to replace the heat element in my GE dryer...Mod. DBXR453EV0WW...what panel do I remove to get to it? Thanks!

Open the door and in the upper frame will be two screws. Remove the screws so you can lift the top. Then inside the front panel on each side will be a screw holding the front panel in place. Remove the screws and lift the front up a bit to remove it from the bottom clips. Be aware of the wiring to the door switch on the left. Don't pull out the wires. Remove the top screw holding the right side panel to the front bracket, then reach in on the left to take the belt loose from the idler roller on the left. Pay attention to how it goes on because you will need to reinstall it the same way. Once the belt is loose, the drum will slide out the front and you will be looking at the element.
