Washer has started to make a thumping noise as it goes into spin the last few days. Will make the noise while starting to spin slowly then stops and reverses it self. After several cycles of this it will go into high speed spin. I can see the tub wobbling when it first starts the spin and that is when it makes noise. Suspect a spring has broken.

Hello . It sounds like you have a bad bearing , we will need the correct model # in order to give you the correct part #'s please check that and get back to us, the model # is located under the lid next to the hinge on a top loader, and on a front loader just open the door and it should be on the left hand side again by a hinge, thank you !
