OK, so I downloaded and read the troubleshooting guide for the BOSCH, but it seems to cover only the SHU line, I have a SHE. Does anyone know of the "TEST" to run for diagnostics for the SHE models?

Also I think that my circulation pump is bad. The washer fills, but then nothing happens. I have taken out the drain screens, and on the right side there is a 1" hole that I can stick my finger in and spin an impeller, and it does move freely, so I don;t think it's frozen, but it does not run.

Is there a way I can pull the washer out, and run power straight to the motor to see if it is the problem? I am thinking that this would help isolate the problem.

So in firther investigation, I found that 120 volts gets to the motor, and nothing happens. I am not a qualified technician, by any stretch, but I have always thought that when voltage is applied to a motor, it should spin.

So I called around a little bit, and everyone was at least 2 weeks out on the motor, and no one would confirm my thought that the motor was bad. but Sears has a great policy, and the motor just showed up last night. a 3 day wait!

If it is not the motor that is bad, they will take it back, and not charge for return shipping, as long as I ordered it over the phone, not on-line.

I will keep y'all posted to let you know if this fixes it.

Did the motor fix the issue? Mine is doing something similiar but i think my motor is good because it will pump out the water to the drain but it does not appear to pump the water for washing or rinsing.
