We have a FRT21P5AW6 Refrigerator that is draining water into the bottom crispers. I assume the drain line is clogged and need to know how to get proper access to the drain line through the freezer. Thanks

The drain will be located under the evaporator coil in the freezer. You may can see it at the rear bottom of the freezer or you may have to remove the back inside wall in the freezer. Your drain tube must be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flush it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough.

Am I correct that the ice maker needs to be removed before I can remove the back panel to get access to the drain opening? Mike

Yes, unless the back panel has a cut out so that it can be removed without lifting the ice maker out.
