Open the doors , pull the bottom grill off, locate the plastic tube 5/16" supplying water into the freezer door. Disconnect the coupling and press the water lever.(Doors are closed). If the water comes out - the line is frozen inside the door, which is not repairable unless you are willing to replace the hole door. If there is no water - check the water reservoir, located at the rear bottom behind the top crisper drawer in the fresh food section. Next go to the rear of the frige, take the cover off and see if the water line is broken. Post the results.
