Do the stove elements work?
Does the oven light work?

Sounds like you have lost Neutral.
The oven control board and the oven light both work on L1 to Neutral.
Try tripping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times.
If that does not work you will need a meter so that you can check:
L1 to L2 = 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral = 120 volts

Thanks Denman for the reply. Tripping the breaker had no results. You asked if the stove elements work- yes they all work. You also asked if the oven light works- yes, works as it should. I will borrow a meter and perform the test you suggested. If I don't get the proper voltage, do I need to purchase a new touch panel? or do you have any more suggestions? Thanks!

No. If you do not get the proper voltage then probably have a wiring problem (loose connection etc.)

If you do get the proper voltage 120 volts going into the control board ( P2-7 to P2-1 and P2-7 to P4-1/2) then you probably need a new control.
