Dear forum,I have a top load GE washer.Right after the machine fillsand it gets into its agitate cycle I get a loud clicking noise. This noise sounds like a relay switch clicking on and off really fast from the motor. If I switch cycles it does not seem to help.I put the machine in service mode and from my understanding there are no fault codes. If this is a motor problem does anyone know any ohms readings or specs to verify if the motor is bad. This also seems to be worse the heavier the machine is loaded up,hope you can help.

Most likely the problem with your washer is a bad motor.
The resistance test would not show anything wrong, but it should show more amps then it suppose to be.

- The part number for the motor and clutch assembly AP3160670
