Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/7/2009(UTC) Posts: 4		Refrigerator: Frigidaire Model # FRS23R4A side-by-side was purchased in 2002. The lights are on, the fan is running, the compressor is not hot it is rather cool to the touch and there is not noise at all Both the fridge and the freezer are not cooling. Is the problem with the compressor or something else. Thanks for the help
