Hello all! I'm an industrial electrician so I'm pretty good at troubleshooting all kinds of machines. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the specs of the bake and broil elements, and the temp sensor? A good friend's mother called an appliance repair company and I wanted to see if they were trying to sell her unnecessary parts and labor. The oven is a Whirlpool RBS245PDB11 and the fan won't shut off and the oven won't heat up. I didn't see any error codes while I was there and she couldn't remember if there was one or not. The invoice said the computer and sensor are both bad and the cost of labor and parts would be more than a brand new oven. I know I can fix it but I just want to make sure I troubleshoot it properly. Thank you!!
