Suddenly will not adjitate what could be wrong with it???:( It is more than a year old it is closer to 6 years and the model # FWT647GHSO

It would be helpful if you posted a model number for us.
Also you stated it's less then a year old. With that being the case you should call for service and have it repaired under warranty.
