I have wood floors and last night came to kitchen with a welcome pool of water in front of my refrigerator. I quickly pulled unit out from wall and shut off water supply. I took off front plate on bottom and used a flashlight. I can see a crack in the drip pan, but I find it impossible to remove tray as the water filter system is blocking. How do I get the drip tray out so that I can replace it? Help !!

Remove the bottom grille. Remove the two screws from the filter bracket and carefully push the bracket assembly to the right as far as it will go. Pull the tray out from bellow the unit and remove it.
