My GE Profile ice maker PSS26SGRESS is not working. The water is working, the ice maker itself is making cubes, but won't dispense. I checked the solenoid, but that's not the problem. I think it's the mother board. How do I gain access to the motherboard to test it before ordering a part I may not need?

I have the same model # and the same problem. Christmas is right around the corner and I need this fixed.
