My Kenmore dryer at my lake house does not heat consistantly. I replaced the heating coil because I thought that was the problem but when it first starts I can see it glowing on the back of the dryer and after a minute or so it cools off and it will not dry the closes. Could it be some type of thermostate?? Do you have any suggestions on what part needs to me replaced?? The model/Stock # shows 96573220 and 65732. The serial # ME3637074. Please let me know what you think. Thank, Eric

The heat is supposed to cycle on and off, check the vent system, make sure the filter is clean,if both check OK, I would replace the cycling thermostat!!!
