My side by side has a problem.The freezer works fine but the fridge side is not getting that cold.We clean the coils 2 times a year.Any ideas?

Hey J, list the temps in the fridge and freezer, are both fans operational(?), observe the rear inside freezer wall cover for frost buildup.. You can remove this cover to expose the evaporator to see if it's iced up... Removing any ice buildup with hair dryer will get your fridge cold again but only temporarily... Further troubleshooting will be necessary... Set the fridge and freezer controls to mid range... Is the icemaker working as it normally does?? I looked up a wiring diagram for this model and it's not a very clear one... Could be that the defrost timer is built into the icemaker on this model, it's hard to tell from the diagram... post back, kooler
