Had a power outage in our utility system and was out for 5 days. One hot leg blew across the other hot leg on the utility pole.
My Jenn-air oven has been out ever since. has propane, but no electric start. Oven is 220 and dead. No lights, no response on any of the functions. Checked the 220 at the breaker, good. 118v which is good for our 3rd world system out here in rural Alaska.

Any thoughts out there?

Probably took the clock/control out. You could check to see if you have power to the back of the control. Got much snow up there?

The drift around my house has the dog looking into the window on my truck and it has started snowing again. actually that is ok as we are up to 6 above after 2.5 weeks of -25 to -30. Heat wave. Which wire is for the clock/control? Had the front panel off, but a lot of diodes to me and 3 plugs on the back. got a wiring diagrahm and will try to ascertain which one.

There is a black burnt spot near the liitle lamp sticking out of the edge of the glass on the control. Light looks like a small Christmas light. Can't figure out which is the power input to the back of the control. There is a plug with 8 wires to it and the pin connectors are very small. Is one of these wires for the power supply?

In reading some of the problems owners have, some problems with the relay fit. When cooking a turkey, 2-3 hours, sometimes I would have to hit the 220 breaker to reset the cooking functions and to clear the door lock function.Only happened a few times and otherwise worked fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Gary
