Our GE Power Quiet 2 dishwasher does not seem to be dispensing soap. When on wash cycle the soap dispenser door does not open and the soap remains. When wash cycle is complete the dishes appear to have been rinsed, dirty residues will accmulate on the inside of the dishwasher door, walls & floor. The residue I am speaking of is not a major amount. When we use diswasher we usualy rinse the dishes before putting in the dishawasher. Didn't know if this would be a drain problem or water pressuer! We have also noticed that the kitchen sink next to the dishwasher has been making some noise when using water faucet fully open, sounds sort of like there could be a minor blockage, however the pressure coming out of the faucet seems to be adequet. I have tried cleaning the screen on the faucet. Hope this makes some kind of sense, any recomnedations are greatl.y appreciated.
