Been experiencing several problems with my Maytag washing machine. Sometimes the cloths are still wet after washing. Other times the washer will not fill when I turn it on. Once I put a load in and went back after a while it was off but when I checked the cloths you could tell it never washed them and water was still present. On my last load I stayed at the washer and only heard the agitator come on for 30 seconds before the spin and rinse cycle started. I always wash on the Regular / Normal load. I could hear the timer clicking has it advanced from one cycle to another. Not sure what could be wrong but am thinking of replacing the timer. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Joe

Do the other cycles work? Permanent Press and/or Quick Wash?

I am having the same problems. My Agitator comes on right away during the Fill cycle AND I have water left in drum, seems to keep switching cycles on me randomly.. Any clues what I shall do?

When my drum fills up the agitator is running. When the rinse comes on the drum only fills half way. Is it the Time is messed up?
