I have ordered a replacement decorative glass cover for my oven door (from appliancepartspros.com Where can I find out how to replace it once it arrives? We do not have the manual.

What is the part number of that glass?

The part number is AP2625359 (WB57K2). It is the exterior decorative glass panel on the oven door.

The first question is: are you sure this is the correct part number for the glass? Per the model number you posted it suppose to be white while the part number you posted is for the black glass. The part number for the white glass is AP2625360 (WB57K3). Remove the door as described in the Owner's manual (page 18) and put it on a flat surface with the door handle facing down. Remove the screws holding the inner door liner. Carefully remove the inner door liner and put it aside. I'm not sure about next steps but I believe you will see it. Hopefully the door diagram will help. Gene.
