My Kenmore Refrigerator Model #106.8576984 just stopped cooling. There are no noises such as the fan or compressor running, but it does have power. It keeps beeping that the freezer is too warm. Ayy suggestions on where or how I can begin troubleshooting? I don't have the manual, fyi.

Thanks!!

Very likely the transformer & relay board (#68 on the diagram) has gone bad. This part as many other for this model is no longer available. Probably it is time for a new refrigerator.
