Does the oven igniter glow but not ignite? If so, then the igniter would be a logical replacement, but if it doesn't glow, then it is time to look to see if the igniter circuit is working. This would require a multimeter so lets start with the simple stuff then work our way up. See if it glows first, then we will move on.

If there is no glow then either the igniter is bad which can be checked by measuring resistance with your multimeter, or the control is not providing 120vac to the igniter. Or you have a loose connector or broken wire somewhere in that circuit. I would start with the igniter, find the connections and do your electrical tests. Verify the igniter isn't open or shorted, then verify voltage by starting a bake cycle. Check for voltage between the two igniter connections. If voltage is present but no glow, the igniter is bad. If no voltage, work your way to the board and make sure something hasn't been unplugged or broken.
