Our Control Panel has not been working since we did a self clean (which did not complete either). It seems that there might be a fuse problem. Where could we find the problem. Stove top works, given that the control panel does not we are unable to make the oven work.
Thanks for the help

Thanks for the help Overheat protection is from a thermal fuse. Go to the Parts section of this web site, then look for the diagram for the chassis...it looks like the thermal fuse is on the back of the oven cavity. Chassis parts replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL WFE381LVQ0 30" ELECTRIC CERAN FREESTANDING RANGE SELF CLEAN OVEN | AppliancePartsPros.comBefore working on oven, disconnect from power supply, usually a double pole breaker at your home breaker panel should be switched off. DO NOT WORK ON A RANGE WITH LIVE POWER FEED You can test thermal fuse same as any other fuse with a common Ohm meter. Should be a closed circuit. If you get null continuity, it has failed. $12 part. If the thermal fuse is OK, and your control panel is blank, your control panel has failed. Another forum contributor indicated some range models had a recall or warranty replacement on the control panels. Check Manufacturer website for details. If fuse blew, you need to figure out why it overheated. Good luck

Would this fuse affect the whole control panel? The clock of the oven is not even working. Before I order the part I thought I would ask.
Thanks.
