Your control board gets its power through pins 9 (L1 hot) and 12 (Neutral). Check for voltage between these two pins, then check between pin 9 and the chassis. If the fuse is good, you should have voltage at pin 9. If you don't have voltage between the two, then look at the neutral line which has two thermal fuses in series that may be keeping that circuit open. These fuses are located on the top of the oven cavity and can be difficult to get to to do electrical checks. It is possible when the interlocks where actuated out of sequence, one of the thermal fuses opened the neutral side of the circuit.
