The dryer will tumble and time itself out, but it will not heatr. We pulled it all apart to get to the heating coil. We took the heating coil to an appliance place, they tested it, it works just fine. Said it had to be the thermostat, we replaced the front thermostat. Still no heat.

What should be the next step to take to repair it?

There is a high limit thermostat on the heater, and also, I imagine you do not have a meter, so you actually could possibly not have all the power coming to the dryer. Just because it runs, does not mean you have all the power. So go kick the breaker off and on a few times, and see if it works. We really need to be sure the dryer has full power.
