I have the same problem with my dishwasher. The water remains cold during the cycle. Could there be a wire/wires that are not connected? My hot water cylinder works fine - I am able to have a hot bath !

The heating element is broken and needs to be replace. HOW DO I REMOVE IT, DOSE IT UNSCURE FROM UNDER THE MACHINE OR DO I PULL IT OUT FROM THE INSIDE?
