Changed out eoc on range.heard a pop noise oven or broil not working.bought new eoc still not working,now nothing works on touch pad,clock flashing, pf flashing.sent back new eoc sears sent another eoc.still nothing.242 volts at inlet bloc.110 at f1 and f2 on eoc.any info would be helpfull.thank you

There is another control board in the back on this model.

That would be the uib correct,would that keep eoc from getting power out to back and broil
