My fridge starting making a weird noise a couple of days ago,so i checked underneath and their was alot of dust buildup..i opened the bottom freezer door and everything was defrosted..i cleaned the dust and it started to get cold for 1 day then it went warm again...i feel cool air being blown out ,but not cold enough...every 10 to 15 minutes i keep hearing a clicking noise then a continois weird hollow sound from the bottom back of the fridge ...not happy about that.... any ideas!!!!i am pretty sure the noise is coming from the compressor... also the relay keeps clicking on when the compressor goes on for about 10 to 15 seconds with a humming noise then shuts down...

Most likely the problem is a bad compressor start relay, but there is a chance for the compressor itself to be bad too. Replace the relay first. Also check if the condenser fan motor (next to the compressor) does work. - The part number for the start relay is AP4079373Gene.

Sounds like compressor has gone bad. Check the manufacturer warranty on it. Sometime it could be up to five years. If it's on your own then the cost is about $600 to $700 and it has to be done by a certified tech.
