Back of refrigerator and bottom is extremely hot. Cooling coils are clean and refrigerator is working fine (Except for the Ice Maker which is disconnected)

When pulling the refrigerator out to paint the walls in the kitchen behind it the vynil floor was severly dis-colored and a 15 in^2 area was burned completely black and through to the bare concrete in the middle of it.

2 months earlier the flooring was fine with no discoloration under it.

Also the walls and center section dividing the freezer from the frigerator side is extremely hot.

Refrigerztor does not make any unusual noises.

What is wrong with it?

Check the condenser fan (#650 on the unit break down diagram) behind the refrigerator.
