Model # psi23sgmd bs. Side by side. We just bought and installed new main control board due to the fridge and freezer both heating up to 70. (A technician came out and said that's what we needed so we bought it and installed it.) Now the freezer seems to be working fine and is at the set temp (0 degrees), but the fridge isn't. We have it set to 37, but is anywhere from 27-31. Any ideas on what is wrong now? Also, I'm not exactly sure how old the fridge is since we didn't buy it new. Thank you. savannah@robotsmadeit.com

I would remove the back freezer panel and look for heavily frosted coils, if so, defrost and check the stabilized freezer and fridg temperatures and post.
