My dishwasher will go through the first two cycles and than all of the leds go out.It will pause for about 5 minutes and than start the same cycles over again.Would this be a circuit board problem, or something else. Also, how do you get at the circuit board?

Most likely the problem with your dishwasher is a bad control board. To get the access to the control board you have to remove all screws around the inner door panel and remove the cover for the control board. Also I would recommend to check the proper connection of the power cord to the dishwasher. Remove the bottom panel and open the junction box under the dishwasher. The hot wire from the power cord must be connected to the black wire and the neutral wire must be connected to the white one. - The part number for the control board AP3775964 Gene.
