There is no water coming into the door unit or to the ice maker.
I changed the water filter out for a bypass plug.
I replaced the P/N WR57X10032 water valve for a new part. I can hear the water valve come on when I press the water fill in the door. Note: the single hose - light gray solid color for the top inlet feed did not have any water come out when I unscrewed it to replace the water valve.
The control switch on the door panel is "unlocked" not lite.
The outside water valve to the refrigerator is on and water is coming in fine underneath the refrigerator. I also checked the small hose feed to the door and there is no water coming into the door. (underneath the refrigerator on the left hand side).
I checked to see if the ice maker is working fine and yes it works if water is poured into the ice cube maker and will deliver ice cubes into the ice cube holder and dispense into a cup through the door.
All other functions on the refrigerator are working fine.
This is a GE Monogram Side-by-Side Model ZISB480DRA.
Thank you,
Kevin

Kevin,
Check if there is 120 VAC to the blue water valve (5/16" tube) solenoid while the water dispenser calls for water. Post the results.

Gene, Yes, it has 120V on blue connector when the water lever is pushed in the door.

Kevin, Disconnect the water tube at the union-connector (#553 on the diagram). Place a container under the right side of the tubing to catch any water. Keep the freezer door closed or tape in the door switches and depress the water dispenser lever. If there is water coming out with a good pressure, the water line inside the freezer door is frozen up. If there is no water, then there is something wrong with the water supply to the refrigerator or the water inlet valve is bad. Gene.

Gene, If the water line is frozen, what can be done to thaw it and clear the blockage? I have the same issue on our Amana SBD20S4e. Thanks Dave

Dave,
You can access the tube inside the door by removing the door liner or you can thaw it by defrosting the freezer with the door kept open.
The first way is not easy.

Gene, Thanks. I'll give it a try tomorrow. Tried to access through the dispenser unit from the outside, but couldn't get it to fully release. Will move all frozen food to other freezer and see where it gets us. Dave

Gene,
:D Success! Emptied and shut down the unit for only about 15 minutes and the water started flowing. Really appreciate your assistance!
