I have a built in GE Monogram series. Ice is showing up on bottom of freezer. (this unit has bottom freezer). Is this a clogged drain ? or defrost heater problem ? and... where/how do I get access to these parts ?

The model number you posted is incomplete. There suppose to be a few more letters after "36".

All letters are important because there are big differences between these models. There are still a few missing.
