I purchased this oven 15 months ago new, the oven does not work. When you put the tempature on you just hear clicking noises but no heat... any ideas of where to start? Thanks

If there is nothing wrong with the top burners, but the Bake as well as the Broil do not heat, then the problem most likely is a bad control board. - The part number for the control board is AP3960228Gene.

:) :) :) I took the control board out and opened it up. There was one burnt solder joint I found and I re-soldered it and snapped the board back together and the oven element worked. I can believe one small connection stopped the oven element from working it must have been a relay or something. It was a answer to prayer because I didn't have the money for a new control board. It was my wife's birthday today and the cake was baked tonight. Thanks for sending me the part number for the board I'll write it down and put it with the diagram papers that plastic pouch in the metal cover.
