My machine was in outside storage and the pump froze and cracked. I replaced the pump and belt and after getting the belt on right it worked fine for a few days. Now the washer basket does not drain in the spin cycle. I took the pump off and looked for obstuctions, none found. I reassembled and it still does not pump out. The port for the washer drain hose is at the basement ceiling. If I lower the drain hose it does drain (into a 5 gallon bucket level with the top of the washer)
