My Neptune front loader continually drains water regardless of the cycle (rinse or wash). I read the troubleshooting and it looks like maybe the water sensor or water level. However, I really don't know. I was reading how to test and am a little lost. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, it is in the garage and I only have one water line hooked to it, cold. I am only using the the cold settings. Could this also cause the issue?

Thanks for the reply, actually I found that it did it because I had the drain how on the garage floor. It needed to be higher than the tub. I found that on a general search. It works great and is now in the house...washing.
