my dryer makes a horrible sound when its running i took it apart and used a lubricant on the bearings and it fixed the problem for about a day is this the drum roller bearing gone bad or something else.

It is best to replace the 2 drum rollers, the idler pully and belt. That way its fine for another 5 to 7 years. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
