I cannot set a meaningful temperature on the oven. Any value over 300 causes a display of 288 degrees. The oven will come on but seems to be overheating. If I set the temp to 250, I get 250 on the display, though I do not know if it heats to 250. I get the same symptom with Conv Bake, Bake, Broil. I turned off the power for 2 minutes and still have the same problem. Is this a controller or a sensor? Where can I get a service manual? I think I need one.

I fixed my oven.:D This is CLASSIC! 288 is Celsius for 550 Fahrenheit which is the maximum temperature for this oven. Either my wife, or the dog, neither will admit doing this, pressed Broil for 7 seconds, then clean, then start. This toggles the temperature units. I repeated the sequence, I am back to Fahrenheit and the oven is working correctly again.
