i already check for the hot water valve and after the test i concluded that i need to replace it never stops running. now when i do a wash on cold only(since i am still waiting for the part) it starts fine but in the middle it stops and come the code 01 door locked. it seems that the cold water is not comming fast enough, but at the begining of a wash it works i can hear the warter comming on full force but after the first spin it just trikle. do i also need to order a cold water dual vave?

Hi platini

The first thing I would do before ordering any parts is perform all tests recommended by the manufacturer as described in the attached manual.

- Here are the break down diagrams for the Bosch washer Model WFK2401

Good luck.

hi gene
thank you for your response, i would have never thought that a forum for washing machine existed, i am a active member of a an other forum for my motorcycle and it is the same things we do help each other very quickly with any type of problem we can have. i ran all the test and the only thing i noticed is when i did the test #3 for each valve, the one when we push prewash comes super slow it just trickle down on test # 2 all went well. after that i tried a regular wash on cycle 2 it started well but in the middle i got the error 01 no water filling i guess the dual valve need to be replace am i wright?at the begining of the wash the water fills quickly with a strong flow from the right of the dual valve but in the middle of the wash after the first spin the left side of the dual valve come in super slow and it is when i get the 01 error.

the washer has filled up with water and will not drain. the E04 error code flashes.... ( there is not an authorized repair person in our rural areas...)

What is the complete model number of the washer?

Post it as a new thread, please.

Gene.
