Looks like a pulley system ( vs spring) works to hold door open.
Can see broken string. How to repair ?

I cannot find any info on the given model number, please check it.

Should be fairly straight forward if you can find a parts breakdown.
Often it is easier to do this if you pull the unit forward a foot of so but it depends on how it is hooked up.
If it uses cables you may just have to replace the spring.
