the ice maker and water despenser are not working. the refrigerator was not being used for a period of time then we plugged it in. The water will go to the ice maker but freezes up before it dropps into the ice maker. I can tell this because small round chunks of ice will drop into the ice maker. Water dispenser - for a short time we had a small flow of water but now get nothing.I followed instruction to purge of air in lines but had no luck with this. IAny suggestions will be appreciated

If there is a good pressure in the water line to the refrigerator then very likely the problem is a bad water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator. Also it is a good idea to replace the water filter. - The water inlet valve Part number: AP3192626
