I do not have my model number but I do know that it is a top loader and my washer will go all the way through the rinse cycle and then it will just stop at the spin and leave water in it. What could this possibly be?
  Help me please!

If it will drain and spin after the wash cycle then that suggests there is nothing mechanically wrong with the machine, and that the timer is at fault.

Try different cycles and see what happens, and if it works with one of them try replacing the timer.
